About the Role
We are developing a new generation Telehandler product line targeting high-end overseas markets, with benchmarking against leading global telescopic handler products. We are seeking experienced R&D engineers with proven track records in complete telescopic handler development to join our global engineering team. Work Location: Jinan, Shandong Province, China
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design of telehandler complete machine, conduct product benchmarking including teardown, performance simulation, and competitor technical analysis.
- Carry out development covering vehicle dynamics, hydraulic systems, telescopic boom structures, and chassis matching.
- Support prototype manufacturing, testing, reliability optimization, and product adaptation for overseas operating conditions (construction, agriculture & forestry applications across Europe and North America).
- Participate in product compliance work such as CE certification and relevant safety standards, and align technical specifications with overseas market requirements.

Qualifications
- Hands-on R&D experience in telehandler / telescopic handler complete machine development.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of telescopic boom design, load-sensing hydraulic systems, and vehicle stability control.
- Competent in vehicle simulation, load calculation, and reliability test development processes.
- Good command of English for daily technical communication, as this role serves global markets within an international project.
