This is an exciting opportunity to drive new business through proactive outbound telemarketing. You’ll engage prospects, build interest, and convert conversations into high-quality sales leads and appointments, playing a key role in revenue growth.

Salary: £30,000 plus commission (OTE 60k-70k)

Location: Bournemouth

Hours of work: Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs.)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Telemarketing Executive you will:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling to prospective customers.
  • Research, identify and qualify prospects against target customer profiles.
  • Book qualified appointments and pass sales-ready leads to the sales team.
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and clearly communicate the value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads to maximise conversion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a target-driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment.
  • Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups, callbacks and workload effectively.
  • Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications.
