Role Overview
Our Telephone Account Managers offer a complete service to new and existing introducers, taking inbound calls to ensure our proposition is promoted effectively. The team is proactive, making outbound calls to customers, qualifying referrals and booking appointments for Advisers as well as responding to enquiries from customers and introducers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to commence a career within the KR Group with scope to progress into a Business Development Manager role. You will gain and build upon knowledge within the ever-growing equity release market, providing market insight on retirement lending, both building and maintaining relationships and achieving agreed business targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To demonstrate and continuously embed the company values in every aspect of the role.
- Deliver an excellent inbound, outbound and email service to introducers, networks and affiliate representatives.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to conducting outbound calls to customers to maximize booking opportunities.
- Provide case updates to introducers on the outcomes of their referrals by telephone or email.
- Maximise sales opportunities by working closely with the Partnership Account Managers.
- Provide accurate and timely management information to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain the company’s record-keeping standards in line with compliance and operational requirements. (In relation to; GDPR, CRM notes, commission structure and payments terms).
- Deliver the required service levels in place & targets of the role.
- Achieve agreed business targets and KPIs.

Skills and Experience we look for
- Experience working in an inbound and outbound sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to perform in a targeted sales environment.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Enthusiastic with a passion to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential (full training will be provided).
