Overview Of The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Telephone Business Development Manager to join a growing bridging finance lender.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and managing broker and introducer relationships, promoting specialist lending products, and supporting deals from initial enquiry through to application. This is a proactive, office-based sales role focused on building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

- Generate new bridging finance opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and property professionals.
- Manage enquiries and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business.
- Promote and educate brokers on the company's specialist lending products.
- Convert inbound enquiries into finance applications.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Provide market feedback and identify opportunities to support business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management role within bridging finance, specialist lending, or property finance.
- Good understanding of the UK bridging loan market.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent telephone, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
