Company Description
Stratcom UK specializes in fundraising and campaigns for charities and non-profits. We deliver telephone campaigns that deepen relationships and increase supporter lifetime value. Our mission is to redefine how causes connect with their supporters, with an emphasis on relationship-building.
Role Description
£13.45–£17.30 per hour, based on experience (equivalent to £24,497–£31,460 per annum full-time)

This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Telephone Fundraiser. The Telephone Fundraiser will engage in meaningful conversations with supporters to build connections, inspire donations, and represent the values of partner charities from the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to warm supporters
- Building rapport and handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy to navigate databases and record data accurately
- Experience in fundraising or a passion for charitable causes
- Self-motivated, empathetic approach to connecting with supporters
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in phone-based roles is an advantage
