Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telephone Sales Executive role based in Milton Keynes, with the potential of hybrid working after successful completion of the probation period. The Telephone Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage new and existing business customers, understand their packaging needs, and recommend suitable products from RAJAPACK’s extensive range.   • Managing a personal sales pipeline
  • Preparing quotations
  • Following up on leads
  • Closing sales while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

  • Meeting individual and team sales targets

The Telephone Sales Executive is expected to contribute to a positive sales floor environment and actively participate in training and product updates.

Qualifications

  • Telephone based sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools and CRM systems, with accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and needs-based questioning.
  • Proven ability to work to sales targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach, able to work effectively within a team and coordinate with operations and customer service.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple customers, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is highly beneficial; knowledge of packaging products is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Milton Keynes; eligibility to work in the UK.
