Telephone Sales Professional – B2C

Full-time Congleton, Cheshire Competitive basic + uncapped commission

£45k–£70k OTE

Realistic £45,000–£70,000 OTE | Competitive basic + uncapped commission | Cheshire head office

Are you at your best when handling inbound enquiries — establishing trust, demonstrating expertise and converting genuine need into decisive action? You will handle inbound warm enquiries from individuals actively seeking support finding lost pensions, and explain the solutions available to them. Your focus is to understand each client's situation, explain our service clearly, address concerns and offer our market-leading solution — delivering a professional, supportive experience throughout.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing inbound telephone enquiries from prospective clients
  • Explaining our service clearly, accurately and professionally
  • Building rapport and trust over the phone; handling objections appropriately
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly targets
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed CRM records
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer care and compliance at all times
  • Making approximately 50–70 calls per day

Flexibility is essential

This is not a traditional 9–5 position. Success depends on engaging with clients at times that suit them, which will often include early evenings and other peak contact periods. The schedule is structured around maximising client accessibility and commercial performance rather than fixed office hours.

What we're looking for

  • Experienced telephone sales professional, or a background in a fast-paced, consumer-led sales or marketing environment
  • Organised, quick-thinking, resilient and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Confident, professional communicator with strong listening skills
  • Ambition to consistently earn £50,000–£70,000 OTE
