Job Description
As a Telesales Account Manager, you will support sales growth by managing and developing relationships with an allocated customer base while generating high-quality leads for the wider Greene King Sales Teams. You’ll spend your day speaking with customers and prospects over the phone, encouraging repeat business, promoting our product range, and delivering great customer service.
This role can be based at either Abbot House or the Belhaven office.
Qualifications
As Telesales Account Manager, you will…
- Manage and grow an existing customer base of around 200 accounts, encouraging repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Increase product range penetration by confidently recommending suitable Greene King products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads from an allocated prospect base, ensuring timely handover to Greene King Sales Teams.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by resolving queries efficiently and maintaining regular customer contact.
- Meet agreed KPIs including call volumes, contact rates, call quality, sales targets and lead generation targets.

What you’ll bring…
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or a customer-focused role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to influence and handle objections.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Resilience, self-motivation and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good listening skills and the ability to organise your workload effectively.
