Telesales Account Manager - Belfast / Remote
Account Manager – Digital Marketing – £29,000 DOE with Uncapped Commission (OTE £50k+)
About the Role
We’re the UK’s leading managed digital advertising partner for local businesses, offering proven solutions to help them grow online. As an Account Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our team, focusing on retaining, developing, and growing our existing client portfolio. Your role is to act as a trusted digital marketing advisor, driving results through strategic campaign optimisation, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
Salary & Earnings Potential: £29,000 per annum (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE up to £50k+). Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am–5:00pm, Fri 8:30am–4:00pm | No weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, hitting quarterly retention and revenue growth targets.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Yell’s full digital marketing solutions portfolio.
- Conduct regular account reviews with clients, analysing campaign performance and recommending strategies to maximise ROI.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as their trusted digital marketing partner.
Account Development & Strategy
- Develop clear growth plans to increase customer spend and long-term value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Fulfilment, Sales) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records tracking pipeline and customer activity.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Technical Skills
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing or high-value digital solutions.
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing products, campaigns, and online advertising (SEM, SEO, PPC, social media, local listings).
- Ability to translate complex digital concepts into clear client recommendations.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Exceptional communication skills—coaching clients through campaigns while winning buy-in.
- Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management—clients should feel like they’re working with experts.
- Highly organised, resilient, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to account growth.
