Job Description
Salary & Earnings Potential: £29,000 DOE with uncapped commission - OTE £50k+
The primary purpose of this role is to retain, develop, and grow an existing portfolio of customers, helping them maximise the value of Yell’s digital marketing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, reviewing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending solutions that drive results and increase customer investment.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm, no weekends! - Please ensure you can commit to the required working hours for this role before submitting your application.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, with quarterly retention and revenue growth targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across Yell’s full range of digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews with customers, analysing campaign performance and recommending strategies to maximise ROI.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner for their digital marketing needs.
- Develop clear account growth plans to increase customer spend and long-term value.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Service, Fulfilment, and wider Sales teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer activity in CRM systems.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing or high-value digital solutions.
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets whilst managing a high volume of accounts.
- Good understanding of digital marketing products, campaign performance, and online advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into clear client recommendations.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, resilient, and results-driven with a proactive approach to client management.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with digital trends and competitor activity.
