We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Advisor to join our Digital Sales team at our Head Office in Kilbirnie Street.

Hours
- 20 hours per week
Friday: 4pm – 8pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm*
Sunday: 9am – 5pm*
OR
Thursday: 4pm – 8pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm*
Sunday: 9am – 5pm*
One weekend in every nine, Saturday shifts will be 11am – 8pm and Sunday shifts will be 12pm – 8pm
About The Role
Our Telesales Advisors are responsible for promptly and professionally responding to all internet sales inquiries across multiple platforms, with the primary objective of driving sales.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced, digital sales environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service that drives sales results.

Day-to-day duties
- Responding promptly and professionally to internet sales enquiries across multiple platforms, including live chat, and communicating clear and accurate information with potential customers.
- Managing multiple conversations simultaneously and maintaining high levels of attention and efficiency while multitasking between platforms.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Follow up with closed leads to nurture relationships and explore opportunities for repeat sales or referrals.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to track leads, update customer records, and support follow-up actions to maximise conversion rates.
