About The Role

As an Outbound Telesales Executive, you’ll generate valuable appointments for our New Business sales team by leveraging warm/cold CRM data and incoming leads. Your role is critical in driving the sales pipeline, securing meetings, and ensuring prospects understand Barbour’s value proposition—positioning leads seamlessly for the sales team.
What You’ll Be Getting Up To

Lead outreach & appointment scheduling:
- Initiate calls to leads from CRM data, incoming enquiries, and other sources, aiming to schedule 5+ daily appointments for the sales team.

CRM management:
- Regularly cleanse, update, and maintain Salesforce data to improve lead quality, ensuring accuracy for future outreach.

Stakeholder collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments, verify contact details, and align on meeting objectives.

Product expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of Barbour’s products and services, training provided to communicate benefits effectively. Cover objections with confidence.

Proven telesales experience:
- Strong track record in warm/cold calling, questioning techniques, benefit-based selling, and objection handling.
- Ability to close successfully—previous outbound appointment-setting achievement required.

- Charismatic, rapid-rapport-building skills with a knack for engaging prospects—trust is key!

Atomic attention to detail:
- Organised, data-motivated, with efficient CRM management while juggling multiple leads. Salesforce proficiency is a must.

Proactive mindset:
- Self-driven, highly independent, but capable of collaborating closely with the sales department to facilitate seamless handoffs.
