Telesales Compliance Officer (12-month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid Salary: £27,976 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Sponsorship: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

We’re seeking a Telesales Compliance Officer to work closely with our Sales teams, providing oversight of calls and ensuring adherence to regulatory, legal, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Your role would include:
- Participating in call monitoring and feedback to agents in real time.
- Analysing data entered by agents to assess system usage and compliance compliance.
- Building feedback reports for outsourced providers.
- Supporting peak operational demands, including Customer First mobilisations.
