About Us
NEO Property Solutions are a leading Passive Fire Protection business and part of PTSG (Premier Technical Services Group). Last year we introduced a completely new division and began to offer FRA's (Fire Risk Assessments) - these are legally required for all commercially owned premises, along with schools, hospitals, government properties and more.
The service see's one of our vetted and experienced Risk Assessors visiting client premises throughout the UK and Ireland where they conduct fire safety inspections, making recommendations to mitigate risks.
This is where you come in!
The Role
A new position to the company, meaning you will have the ability to influence the development of the role over time. Your objective is to maximise on opportunities through working closely with other PTSG businesses (there's plenty of them) to identify leads and contacts, follow up on sales enquiries and be the lead on outbound sales for the FRA services.
You will be supported by your manager to help you understand what an FRA is and what they involve, along with the chance to learn how the whole process works - from order to certification.
You’ll contact commercial landlords, facilities managers and H&S managers to discuss FRA's — a legal requirement, making conversations warm and relevant.
Your objective may change over the life time of the role, however initially you will be targeted to book an achievable amount of assessments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
