Telesales & Customer Service Operator - Temporary Full Time

Applications are invited for the position of Telesales Operator with BWG Foods at our Value Centre, Little Island, Co. Cork on a temporary full-time basis. Remote hybrid work currently available.

The successful candidate will be required to accurately input sales orders and actively promote sales through positive customer relations and product knowledge.

The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:

  • Ability to work accurately with rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Friendly disposition & excellent telephone manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent I.T. skills (including Microsoft Office and keyboard skills)
  • Relevant experience in Retail, Foodservice or similar businesses will be an advantage
  • Sales and/or customer service experience will be preferred
  • Candidates will be flexible and cooperative with the ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative
