About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and helping businesses find the right waste management and recycling solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, thrives on achieving targets, and wants to develop a successful career in sales within a market-leading business.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound telephone prospecting
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored waste and recycling solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Convert enquiries into profitable new business while meeting individual sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with prospective customers and provide a professional, consultative sales experience
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Keep up to date with our products, services and industry developments

Our Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a telesales, sales, or customer-facing role
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections confidently
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A resilient approach with the determination to achieve and exceed targets
