About the role:
As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for driving new revenue by selling our products and services over the phone to prospective and existing customers in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, with a strong focus on outbound cold calling. You will work with both cold and warm leads, turning initial conversations into qualified opportunities and closed deals while providing a professional, customer‑focused experience on every call.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively generate new business for the company by managing the entire sales process: making high‑volume outbound cold calls, qualifying prospects, running structured discovery conversations, presenting suitable solutions, and closing deals over the phone.
- Identify potential new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships by maintaining your own pipeline, scheduling follow‑up calls, sending proposals, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within your accounts by reviewing performance, understanding customer needs and pain points, and positioning relevant upgrades, add‑on products, and enhanced packages to drive additional revenue and strengthen retention.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all activity in the CRM (calls, opportunities, proposals, closes and next actions) to support forecasting and performance tracking.
