As a Telesales Executive
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities for Wow.
A hands-on, outbound sales role; your aim is to understand whether prospects could be a good fit for Wow and book suitable sales calls into the Commercial Director's diary.
Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Proactively identifying, researching and contacting potential prospects by phone, email and other digital channels
- Building targeted prospect lists and audience segments using HubSpot and other research tools
- Managing a well-organised daily schedule of calls and emails, balancing activity with relevant, personalised communication
- Running multi-touch outreach and following up consistently and thoughtfully, rather than giving up after one or two attempts
- Starting confident, consultative conversations to understand a prospect’s needs and decide whether there is a good fit
- Maintaining an accurate prospect pipeline in HubSpot, tracking contacts as they move from cold to warm to hot
- Spotting engagement signals and spending time warming high-potential prospects before handing them over to our Commercial Director
- Testing and improving outreach messages, sequences and calls to action based on what is working
- Using AI and sales technology to speed up research, personalise outreach and manage your workload, without replacing genuine human conversation
- Working closely with marketing to shape campaigns, suggest useful content and follow up promptly with people who engage
- Tracking activity and conversion, with a clear focus on qualified calls booked

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
