Working Arrangements
- Hours: Monday–Friday (one weekend shift per month, 9am–1pm when required)
- Location: Horsham, West Sussex (office-based only)
About the Role
Telecom Acquisitions Ltd partners with leading providers like British Gas, Sky, Virgin Media, O2, Talk Talk, Eon Next, Anyvan, Tru, and Home Telecom to assist tenants in setting up essential utilities seamlessly before moving into a new home.
As a Telesales Agent, you’ll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads—tenants actively moving within 7–21 days—eliminating cold calling and unnecessary outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound dialling using an automated system (focused on warm leads only)
- Guiding customers through utilities setup (energy, broadband, TV packages)
- Matching clients to tailored home utility packages
- Establishing rapid rapport and resolving objections professionally
- Meeting daily & weekly sales targets with mentorship and support
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Enjoys full-day customer interaction with enthusiasm
- Goal-oriented with a positive team player attitude
- Resilient, motivated by success and clear metrics
- Quick learner eager to develop further
- Preference (but not mandatory) for:
- Former telesales or customer service experience
- Competitive, team-focused mindset
