Telesales Executive - Uncapped commission - Manchester

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Telesales Executive to join us at OrderYOYO. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and expanding to more countries in Europe over the next year, here’s how you can part of that! ORDERYOYO’s Mission: We help takeaways and restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are here to ensure that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to high commissions, and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success! Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Our Telesales Executive role is to acquire new restaurant partners and welcome them into our community whilst working with our field based Business Development Managers helping existing restaurant partners achieve success via their own branded Website and App.

New Business & Account Management Acquire new customers through proactive outbound calls to restaurants across the UK. Build relationships with new and existing partners. Generating leads and booking appointments for our field-based Business development managers. Helping existing clients grow their online presence and increase revenue through account management. Working towards targets and KPIs to achieve success and bonus Upselling marketing packages to increase RP revenue. Working with our field-based Business development managers to grow and look after existing accounts. Bringing high energy to the team and keeping friendly competitiveness alive. Location: Manchester City Centre office Hours: 40 hours per week. What We Offer: Great UNCAPPED bonus structure. Basic salary of £26,500. What We Are Looking For In You: We need confident individuals that enjoy speaking to people and have a great attitude on the phone. Previous telesales experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training and support are part of the role. Driven self-starters who are motivated to achieve bonus. Someone with initiative, who is able to work as part of a team and individually. Goal-oriented individuals with a never say die attitude to get the job done.
