What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with warm, qualified customers who have expressed interest in our services
- Introducing customers to Homebox's range of products and services, including utilities and contents insurance
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Building rapport quickly and creating a positive customer experience
- Managing your sales pipeline and following up opportunities effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Staying up to date with industry developments, products and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong communication, objection-handling and closing skills
- A genuine drive to succeed and earn commission
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
Highly Desirable:
- Proven telesales experience
- Experience selling insurance products
- Experience working within an FCA-regulated environment
- Understanding of compliance and customer outcomes
- Background in utilities, financial services, insurance, telecoms or other regulated sales sectors
Please note: This is an IN OFFICE role. Monday to Friday with 9-5/ 10-6pm shifts available.
