Zip Water is looking for a passionate and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by reaching out to potential customers to promote our cutting-edge drinking water solutions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- A strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrable drive to succeed and sell our products
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software
- The desire and willingness to proactively contact customers to promote our products and services

- Execute outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Zip Water's innovative products and service products to generate sales opportunities
- Execute inbound channels of potential customers introducing them to Zip Water's innovative products and service products to generate sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to understand customer needs upselling our products and services where possible
- Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and how our solutions can meet their needs
- Maintain an organized and accurate record of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout
- Engage internally to follow through on Sales Development to maximise conversion rates and drive additional revenue
