Telesales Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Telesales Manager is central to the success, growth, and development of OrderYOYO in the UK market. The role is responsible for driving restaurant acquisition through a high-performing telesales team while ensuring strong commercial performance and operational excellence.

The Telesales Manager leads a team of Telesales Agents and is responsible for developing their performance, maintaining a strong sales culture, and ensuring the consistent delivery of new partner restaurants across the UK.

Success in the role depends on:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing telesales team
  • Driving new restaurant acquisition across the UK market
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure coordination across commercial functions
  • Maintaining strong pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting

This is a fully in-office role (5 days per week), designed to enable close collaboration, coaching, and real-time performance management within the sales team.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Responsibilities (United Kingdom)

  • Driving restaurant acquisition across the UK market through telesales activities
  • Identifying opportunities and challenges within the market and adapting the sales approach accordingly
  • Managing and optimising the telesales pipeline to maximise conversion rates
  • Ensuring strong onboarding handover for newly acquired partner restaurants
  • Contributing to initiatives that improve sales processes, outreach strategies, and performance
  • Monitoring and reporting commercial performance and forecasts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimise overall regional performance

Leadership of the Telesales Team

  • Daily management of assigned telesales agents
  • Maintaining a strong in-office presence to support coaching, call guidance, and performance improvement
  • Conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Running one-on-one meetings focused on development and performance goals
  • Monitoring individual and team sales metrics and providing actionable feedback
  • Developing the team's strengths while addressing performance gaps
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new telesales agents
  • Encouraging team initiatives and sharing best practices to improve results
  • Maintaining a positive, energetic, and performance-driven team culture

General Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to improve telesales performance, efficiency, and conversion rates
  • Ensuring accurate use of CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales processes
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
  • Promoting a positive working environment and strong team spirit
