Telesales Manager
Telesales Manager – High-Ticket Trading Education
Position Summary
ÂŁ50,000 Base + Strong Performance Override | Office-Based (Hampton Court)
Note: This is not a “nice” sales role. It is a numbers-driven, high-accountability telesales leadership position in a market-leading business delivering high-ticket (£2k–£25k+) offerings.
🔥 The Mission
We are leaving serious revenue on the table. Your core goal is to:
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing telesales team
- Turn hot leads into closed high-ticket sales
- Create daily urgency, discipline, and uncompromising execution
- Eliminate excuses, underperformance, and complacency
This office-based role assumes great sales teams are built in person—not remotely.
đź’Ľ Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead from the front – Daily stand-ups, live call monitoring, and pipeline reviews.
- Recruit, train, manage, and (if necessary) remove underperforming salespeople.
- Ensure same-day follow-up on all hot leads (speed is critical in closing high-ticket deals).
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
- Instil a culture where targets are hit or consequences follow—merit-based, no excuses.
- Scale operations from 5 agents to 15+, subject to proof of performance.
- Fully own the number—the success or failure of the team is your accountability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- You look to HR for approval before calling accountability.
