Role Overview

The Telesales Performance Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and driving performance across the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with data-driven performance management to maximise conversion rates, revenue, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, sales, pipeline)
  • Provide ongoing coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback to improve performance
  • Develop scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales processes
  • Identify underperformance early and implement improvement plans
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new telesales staff
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead quality and conversion strategy
  • Ensure CRM systems are accurately updated and effectively used
  • Drive a high-performance, target-driven culture within the team

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent coaching and people management skills
