Role Overview
The Telesales Performance Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and driving performance across the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with data-driven performance management to maximise conversion rates, revenue, and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, sales, pipeline)
- Provide ongoing coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback to improve performance
- Develop scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales processes
- Identify underperformance early and implement improvement plans
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new telesales staff
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Work closely with marketing to align lead quality and conversion strategy
- Ensure CRM systems are accurately updated and effectively used
- Drive a high-performance, target-driven culture within the team

- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales leadership
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent coaching and people management skills
- Confident communicator with strong influencing ability
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
