About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team in London. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to businesses, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
If you are a strong communicator who enjoys speaking with customers, closing deals, and working independently, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone and introduce our software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work independently while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or software/SaaS sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
