Telesales Representative – OTE £35,000 per year (uncapped commission + base salary £24,684 + benefits) NO COLD CALLING!
Location: Guiseley, Leeds (LS20)

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for building rapport? If so, we have an exciting Telesales Representative role that offers an opportunity to leverage your B2C sales experience and make a real difference!
At Stiltz Homelifts we’re on a mission to revolutionise home accessibility! We design, manufacture, and install our award winning Stiltz Homelifts, empowering our customers to regain independence and rediscover the joy of movement in their own homes.
As Telesales Representative you will be part of that mission, you’ll build relationships and influence, converting incoming inquiries into appointments for our high-performing field sales team. No cold calling!

You will be the welcoming voice of Stiltz Homelifts and …
Convert incoming B2C inquiries to appointments for our field sales team. Work collaboratively with our field-based Sales Surveyors to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges that our field sales team can then address. Be a lead generation champion, managing your own telesales call scheduling, you will identify and canvass hidden opportunities within our existing leads database. Complete daily systems report and occasional related business tasks.

This Telesales Role Is Perfect For You If You
Enjoy connecting with people and building rapport. Hold a proven track-record in a similar B2C telesales environment. Thrive in a competitive environment and driven to exceed goals. Have excellent listening skills and can readily understand customer needs. Able to prioritise tasks effectively.
The role of Telesales Representative is fully office based Mon - Fri and located within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.
