About The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Telesales in Westbury.
This is a varied role where you'll speak with both new and existing customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that suit their needs.
Many of our customers are older people, so you'll need to be an excellent communicator who can provide a friendly, patient, and professional service at all times.

You'll also support operational activities, including preparing customer orders for delivery when required, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Promoting products and services through proactive sales conversations
- Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry
- Supporting online customer enquiries
- Assisting with the preparation of customer orders for delivery when required
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- A passion for customer service and helping people
- Confidence in building rapport and identifying sales opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Previous customer service, telesales, retail, or contact centre experience
- Experience using SAP or similar systems
