Role: Telesales Specialist (Kitchens & Bathrooms)
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus
Technology & Risk Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the kitchen and bathroom sector who are looking to add a Telesales Specialist to their team in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in kitchen and bathroom sales who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth within an established customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Sales & Account Development
- Proactively identify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Analyse customer purchasing trends, order history and sales data to uncover opportunities for upselling and account growth.
- Contact lapsed and low-spending customers to re-engage relationships and generate new orders.
- Develop strong relationships with merchants, showrooms, installers and trade customers.
- Follow up on inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns and sales leads.
- Provide product advice, quotations, pricing support and account management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
- Work closely with external sales colleagues to maximise opportunities across key accounts.

Administration & Team Collaboration
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across the company's product range.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's high standards of service.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales-based role.
- Experience within the kitchen and bathroom sector desirable.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction distribution, merchants or showroom sales would be highly advantageous.
