Role Description

As a Telesales Specialist at Datapin, you will engage prospective and existing customers by phone to present solutions, handle inquiries, and guide them through the sales process. You will:

Daily activities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
  • Coordinating with customer service and support teams
  • Participating in training to stay current on offerings and sales techniques

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, working closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales skills, including lead qualification, upselling, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly over the phone.
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills, focused on building trust, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience, ideally in a B2B or data-driven environment.
  • Comfort working with CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
