Job Description
Must Have
- Be a native speaker of TELUGU language (as the target leads/clients speak the language).
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Sales, marketing, business admin.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good customer focus and a flexible approach.
- Reliable with consistent attention to detail.
- A proven track record in previous BDM/sales roles. This must be clearly demonstrated (reference check from previous employers).
- Dynamic, passionate with a can-do attitude and desire to take on and understand your responsibility to the business.
- Tenacious and confident character.
- Confident in speaking on the telephone.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines to promote business and increase clientele.
- Need to be a team player and possess a strong moral compass.
- Work directly with business owner.
- Ready to take the next step on the career ladder and lay the foundations for a long term senior role.
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritising tasks.
- Managing sales and marketing budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business within the education sector by creating networks and direct relationships with private training providers, Universities and colleges.
- Developing sales growth strategies through the identification of new customer opportunities by scoping, researching and profiling each prospect.
- Approaching and presenting the value proposition including the product features, benefits and the value of training with us.
- Ownership of the full pre-sales cycle from prospecting/lead generation, opportunity identification and nurture activities.
- Regularly providing reports to key persons of the management on current sales pipelines, won and lost opportunities and market updates.
- Growing strong internal relationships with internal support functions including but not limited to Account Management, Course Administration, CRM and Marketing, to support the growth strategy.
- Attending management meetings to update current market situation.
- Report on activity and projected outcomes, maintaining the CRM to provide visibility, and meeting or exceeding all quarterly and annual KPIs (including sales qualified leads).
- Develop a deep understanding of our service and the market to accurately represent our company and value proposition.
- Constantly reviewing and carrying out broader market research to determine customer needs and feeding back into the business.
- Attending any other tasks as per the business demands where necessary.
