Job Title: Temp Account Executive

Location: Edinburgh or Liverpool (Hybrid with occasional travel across Scotland/UK)

Hourly rate: £25.56 via umbrella company

About the Role / Job Summary:

A leading organisation is seeking a Temp Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. This role is pivotal in expanding the client base, particularly in new sectors and regions, while supporting the mission to tackle climate change by decarbonizing homes. The focus will be on maximizing income from existing contracts through event sales and identifying new partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales plans and campaigns within a small team.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients across relevant sectors.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in CRM.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking to promote services.
  • Present tailored client solutions and coordinate the sales cycle from contact to close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales or account management role.
