Supply Chain – Inventory & Allocation Specialist

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product team to develop inventory strategies for initial allocations to stores & e-commerce, ensuring seamless distribution.
- Analyse store sales performance and inventory data to refine replenishment strategies.
- Execute allocation and replenishment activities, maintaining stock levels per targets and ensuring efficient distribution.
- Demonstrate a proactive stance in resolving cross-functional queries promptly.
- Design initial allocation strategies for new product launches, providing fill-rate insights to Buying and Visual Merchandising.
- Collaborate with Buying to establish minimum SKU-level stock levels (per style, size, colour) in line with sales forecasts and visual goals.
- Review performance by style and category, recommending replenishment and stock movement strategies.
- Produce weekly sales & inventory reports for stakeholders and ad-hoc reports when required.
- Determine optimal inventory levels for new stores across Europe.
- Generate clear and precise inventory reports for all business partners, including:
- Warehouse team (allocations and deliveries)
- Distribution centre & stores (newness arrival timing communication)
