Pay (Chef De Partie)
- £18.49 per hour (inc. holiday pay)
- £21.10 per hour (self-employed - UTR required)
- Paid weekly
- Tips paid where applicable (TRONC included, where clients operate one)

What We're Looking For
- Confident Chef de Partie (or above) with solid service experience
- Able to run a section and integrate quickly into new teams
- Professional, reliable, and standards-driven
Requirements
- Food safety certification (or willingness to update)
- Own knives and chef whites
- Right to work in the UK
- Driving licence useful but not essential
