Job Title: Industrial Cleaner (Temp to Perm)
Location: Richmond, North Yorkshire
Salary: £13.60 per hour
Our client is currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term position with a well established business. This role would suit someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities Of Industrial Cleaner
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties.
- Clean machinery, equipment, production areas and workspaces to a high standard.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools and specialist equipment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures including the correct use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Report any hazards, maintenance issues or damaged equipment.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning schedules.

Skills & Experience
- Previous industrial, commercial or factory cleaning experience is desirable.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to carry out physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working within an industrial or agricultural environment.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
