Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Sales Representative, based in the Northwest of England.
You will play a key role in driving Aggreko’s growth across the Northwest by winning new business across sectors such as manufacturing, food and beverage, storage and distribution, and with HVAC contractors. Developing key accounts, increasing market share for temperature control solutions, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

What you’ll do as a Sales Representative:
- Identifying and acquiring new customers within industries that rely on advanced temperature control systems.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives for HVAC equipment, temperature control solutions, and associated aftermarket services.
- Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
- Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Temperature Control business fully.
- Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.
- Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.
- Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.

What you'll bring:
- Strong sales experience within the rental/hire sectors
- Experience working with HVAC/Temperature Control equipment would be an advantage
- A strong hunter mentality, with the ability to proactively identify and win new business opportunities.
- The ability to proactively generates and develop new leads, using a range of outbound approaches.
- Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust
