Sales Assistant – Sports Direct

About the Role
This is retail with momentum. As a Sales Assistant at Sports Direct, you’ll be at the forefront of the UK’s fastest-growing store network, assisting customers in real time, maintaining a sharp store floor, and powering collaboration every trading day. No two shifts are identical, and that’s the energy we’re powered by.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers, answer questions, and assist in finding the right products.
- Deliver outstanding service from the moment customers enter to checkout.
- Store Maintenance
- Keep the store floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Replenish shelves and rails to ensure seamless operations and maximum customer convenience.
- Sales & Operations
- Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Promote current promotions and identify upsell opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to excel in daily sales and service targets.
