Role: Temporary Client Services Executive

Start date: 13th July 2026

End date: End of August (tbc)

Location: Solihull, Birmingham

Shifts: 8 am-4 pm & 10 am-6 pm (rotating each week)

This role would be working 4 out of 5 days from our HQ in Solihull, Birmingham with the option to work from home on Wednesday's once training has been completed.

You are also contracted to work 1 weekend, in every 2 (Saturday & Sunday: 8 am - 4 pm), with 1 day in Lieu being given for this prior. All weekend work is 'Work from Home'.

The Lounge team is growing!

We are looking for a Temporary Client Services Executive to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin.

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Temporary Client Services Executive, you will help our customer team create meaningful, long-lasting relationships with all of our community and ensure their experience with Lounge is empowering and uplifting.

What you will do at Lounge:

Co-ordinate returns and exchanges, liaising with customers to ensure they are happy with the service and the process is easy and quick Simple monetary responsibilities for returns and exchange management Look after and offer a personal and professional customer service to any incoming queries around sizing, stock, brand, etc. Additional admin to meet any requirements of the business on a day to day basis

We would love it if you:

Are passionate about customer experience, with a desire to learn, grow and succeed. Have experience in fashion. Have a fine eye for detail and are a great multitasker. Are extremely confident with technology and are computer literate. Are extremely confident in writing professional communications with good grammar and on-brand terminology for Lounge. Have knowledge around consumer behaviour. Are passionate about fashion!
