About the Role

We are looking for a Temporary Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance team in fulfilling regulatory obligations and maintaining robust compliance frameworks. This role suits an experienced professional—in particular, those with a background in insurance or financial services—seeking to contribute to regulatory oversight on a temporary basis.


Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to ensuring Ki’s adherence to regulatory standards through the following duties:

  • Regulatory Filings & Documentation Assisting in the preparation, maintenance, and review of regulatory filings and compliance documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Compliance Controls Monitoring Supporting ongoing monitoring of compliance controls and processes, including compliance audits and evidence gathering.

  • Audits & Policy Administration Participating in regulatory and internal audits, coordinating evidence collection, and assisting with the maintenance and updates to compliance policies and procedures.

  • Reporting Support Facilitating timely reporting—Aggregate regulatory communications as well as internal management needs.

  • Project & Administrative Support Providing operational support across various compliance-related projects and tasks, as directed by the team.


Your Profile

To succeed in this Temporary Compliance Analyst role, we look for:

  • Experience in Compliance Preferable experience in a compliance role within insurance or financial services, or a comparable regulated industry.

  • Technical Understanding Basic familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to insurance and financial services.

  • Attention to Detail & Organisation Strong focus on accuracy and structured record-keeping in compliance-related tasks.

  • Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement and reporting.

  • Team & Time Management Capable of collaborating effectively within a team while delivering outputs independently. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
