Your responsibilities as Temporary Credit Controller
- Manage a busy sales ledger, ensuring outstanding balances are collected promptly.
- Chase overdue payments by telephone and email across trade, retail, and international accounts.
- Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts, credit notes, and returns.
- Investigate invoice queries, disputes, and claims to achieve timely resolution.
- Build effective working relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
- Support month-end reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
What we're looking for in a Temporary Credit Controller
- Previous credit control experience within a high-volume B2B environment.
- Strong account reconciliation skills and confident Excel capability.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Sage, or similar.
- Exposure to multi-currency accounts would be advantageous.
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
