Typical Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for senior executives
- Arranging detailed travel itineraries
- Processing expenses and financial admin
- Delivering seamless administrative support to teams and senior stakeholders
Location & Basis
- Fully office-based roles (primarily in London West End & Mayfair)
- Occasional hybrid flexibility available at select client sites
Compensation & Perks

Experience & Fit
Experience (or updates) within private equity, boutique finance, or similarly fast-paced environments is a strong asset.
