Our Hereford based client is looking for a temporary HR Admin to cover a 6 week assignment. The role will be working 30 hours working 5 days from 9am - 3pm.
The work will focus on a range of administrative and coordination tasks, which may include:
- Updating and maintaining employee records and systems including PeopleHR and Bluestream training
- Supporting recruitment activity (e.g. scheduling interviews, candidate communications)
- Assisting with onboarding and coordination tasks
- General administrative support to the HR team

The Right Candidate Will Need The Below
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach
- Strong administrative experience
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident IT skills (especially Microsoft Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with coordinating tasks, data entry, or working with systems would be beneficial
