Rotherwood Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary HR Administrator to join a well-established care organisation based in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised HR professional with experience in onboarding, compliance, and employee administration.
The successful candidate will provide key HR support, ensuring all new starters are processed efficiently and that staff records remain fully compliant and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full onboarding process for new employees
- Completing Right to Work checks and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate
- Processing new starter paperwork and maintaining employee records
- Carrying out DBS checks, reference checks, and compliance checks
- Supporting recruitment administration and candidate communication
- Updating HR systems and maintaining accurate employee files
- Ensuring all documentation meets care sector compliance requirements
- Liaising with managers and candidates throughout the onboarding process
Requirements
- Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment, or compliance
- Experience completing Right to Work checks and onboarding processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience within the care sector would be advantageous
