Role: Office Administrator (Temporary)

Offer: Competitive hourly rate
Location: Cambridge

Our client, based just outside Cambridge City Centre, are looking for an Office Administrator to join their professional team on a temporary basis to assist with general administration support tasks to assist with the smooth running of the company. The role will be office based.

Main duties will include:

  • Arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Manage email inbox
  • Booking travel and accommodation for colleagues
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Assisting with project coordination
  • Junior finance administration
  • General ad-hoc administration duties
