Role: Office Administrator (Temporary)
Offer: Competitive hourly rate
Location: Cambridge
Our client, based just outside Cambridge City Centre, are looking for an Office Administrator to join their professional team on a temporary basis to assist with general administration support tasks to assist with the smooth running of the company. The role will be office based.
Main duties will include:
- Arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
- Manage email inbox
- Booking travel and accommodation for colleagues
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Assisting with project coordination
- Junior finance administration
- General ad-hoc administration duties

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within an office position
- IT proficiency
- Good numerical and literacy skills
