HOURLY RATE: £15.00 per hour
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9:00am till 5:00pm

THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a well-organised and reliable operations administrator to join a highly established and national company based in Cullompton. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of their services on nationwide contracts, working in a friendly and supportive team environment. This is initially a temporary role for 2 - 3 months therefore you must be available immediately and able to commit to the full duration to be considered.
Main Responsibilities
- Answering calls, managing correspondence, and handling internal and external queries
- Diary management of engineers
- Booking jobs and updating schedules
- Raising purchase orders and ordering parts, materials, and equipment as required
- Booking hotels and travel arrangements for engineers and project staff
- Providing administrative support for a range of nationwide projects
- Compiling risk and method statements and preparing other essential project documentation
- Ordering and coordinating delivery of site materials and equipment
- Updating management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting a team of engineers
- Liaising with clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
- Ensuring all files and documents are organised according to office procedures

Key Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite and data entry
- High attention to detail and accuracy
