Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting basic-level production in electronics manufacturing, ensuring operations run efficiently with minimal complexity. This role involves acquiring foundational job skills, learning company policies, and procedures, and completing routine tasks safely and efficiently while meeting customer deadlines.
Key Job Accountabilities

Operate Equipment & Processes
- Follow provided instructions—with limited or no supervision.
- Assist in creating or refining standard operating procedures where lacking.
- Apply experience-driven problem-solving for recurring tasks.

Maintain Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications.
- Monitor your own work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Administration & Records
- Keep accurate records of timekeeping, labor tracking, inventory, process documentation, scrap, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.

- Support safety, cleanliness, and efficiency initiatives.
- Propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows and product quality.
- Participate in collaborative troubleshooting for complex challenges.

Training & Progression
- Stay current with certifications and role-specific training.
- Complete assignments on time and to quality standards.
- Train others on assigned tasks when required.
Education & Experience Requirements

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Posture & Movement – Ability to sit and stand for shift duration.
- Reach – Frequent waist-level access; occasional overhead work.
- Lifting/Carrying – Move/pass up to 4.5 kg (15 lbs), lift up to 20.4 kg (45 lbs).
- Fine Motor Skills – Regular use of hand tools.
- Manipulation – Occasional pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
- Vision – Meet standard industry certifications and customer-specified acuity requirements.
