About the Role
We’re looking for an immediately available outgoing, highly engaging and calm Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving investment firm. You're keen to be in an environment that is forward-thinking and rapidly growing. You’ll be the warm, welcoming presence that clients, partners, and colleagues remember, while also playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting a variety of events and initiatives.
This is far more than a traditional front-of-house role. It’s a varied and engaging position where no two days are the same, offering the chance to get involved across office operations, events, and broader team support.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors
- Managing meeting rooms, ensuring seamless bookings, set-ups, and presentations at all times
- Supporting day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
- Assisting with internal and external events, helping to deliver engaging and well-run experiences
- Being a proactive, flexible support to a dynamic and fast-moving team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Reception/Front of House experience within a tech, digital, investment or fast-paced, evolving environment
- A flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience supporting events or a willingness to get involved
- A warm, engaging, and professional communication style
- Strong organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to take ownership
