Temporary Recruitment Co-ordinator (HR) – Initially 3 Months (poss. to perm) - £14.00 to £16.00 per hour - Botley Nr Oxford - Hybrid (3 days office)

About the Company

With exciting international expansion and new overseas offices, it's a fantastic time to join. You'll be part of a friendly HR team of four, working alongside an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Administrator and Payroll professional. They're a supportive, collaborative team who enjoy helping each other and celebrating success.🎇

About the Role

This is a recruitment-led role with a mix of HR administration to keep things varied. You'll coordinate hiring across the business while supporting the wider HR team in a fast-paced, growing environment.👯

  • Coordinate recruitment across multiple departments and international locations.
  • Manage vacancies from approval through to offer.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
  • Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Keep multiple recruitment campaigns running smoothly.
  • Support onboarding and deliver a great candidate experience.
  • Assist with HR administration, employee records and documentation.
  • Support the wider HR team with day-to-day activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.

About You

You'll have previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, either in-house or within an agency. You'll be organised, proactive, confident managing multiple vacancies and enjoy building strong relationships. A willingness to get involved with general HR administration is equally important.🌞
