Join Our Team as a Temporary Sales Administrator!
Location: Sunderland
Hours: Full time - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour (paid weekly through OA)
Start Date: ASAP | Fully Office-based
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing quotations and sales orders efficiently.
- Updating systems for stock, pricing, and customer records.
- Coordinating transport and delivery instructions.
- Managing customer updates and reporting.
- Supporting debtor processes and ensuring invoice accuracy.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Escalating any issues to the supply manager or key account managers when required.

- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key; you'll be working with important documentation!
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers and team members.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales order processing and CRM systems is a plus!
