Company Description
VIXII is the world’s first Demi-Fine Lab Grown Polki Diamond Jewellery Brand. Drawing on centuries of Indian heritage craft, reimagined through a modern, ethical lens, the brand features lab-grown (uncut) Polki diamonds in all of their designs, each piece completely one of a kind and handcrafted in India. The brand encourages customers to embrace bold, beautifully imperfect design – “demi-fine, done differently.” We are excited to share that we’re opening our very first pop up shop just off of Marylebone high street this August (10th-24th).
Role Description
The Temporary Sales Assistant will support daily retail operations at VIXII’s pop up location in London. This role involves welcoming customers, providing knowledgeable product guidance, and promoting VIXII’s brand story and collections. May occasionally involve capturing or taking part in social media content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
